Currently a member of the advisory board at d&b audiotechnik and previously President of Global Sales at Sennheiser, Paul brings over 40 years of audio experience to the company. Paul will support and guide OLEX through their future growth plans with his wealth of expertise and impeccable track record.

Gemma Stenberg


With a real passion for music and tech, Gemma has a demonstrated history in working with a number of high profile clients in these industries. Priding herself on credibility and authentic partnerships, Gemma has experience in music management, marketing and brand partnerships. With a strong network of contacts, Gemma has worked with the likes of Gregory Porter, Williams F1, Red Bull and Westfield as well as major labels and management companies. Drawing on these networks allows Gemma to create extraordinary partnerships for OLEX clients and brands.

Steve Dalton


Steve’s experience spans over 15 years in a range of sectors, predominantly Consumer Electronics, Professional Audio and the Music Streaming industry. With a core belief that collaborations are a vital ingredient for success, OLEX was quickly founded as a result in early 2016. Successful campaigns with MasterCard, Dixons Carphone, Sennheiser & Deezer show the possibilities and how intrinsically linked Music & Tech really are.

Holly Ashmore

Account Director

A PR & Communications specialist, Holly has spent much of the past 12 years working with music, audio and technology brands like Sonos, Rdio, 7digital, Microsoft and Motorola. Holly’s focus is on delivering to OLEX's clients the cornerstones of impactful PR: a cohesive communications strategy, solid media relations and great content.

Linda Irvin

Account Director

Linda has enjoyed a highly successful career in all aspects of marketing and product management, previously over 24-years at Sennheiser in both B2B and B2C markets. Worked internationally with Amazon, Apple and Dixons Travel. Creativity, enthusiasm and self determination allows Linda to deliver high-value marketing excellence to OLEX and its clients.

Alison Dalton

Operations Director

Alison has held many account and corporate management roles over the years. Extensive knowledge of the Leisure, Travel and Entertainment industries with a keen eye on ensuring operational success for OLEX. Alison not only coordinates the general running of OLEX itself but also all financial and legal governance.
